Mybodymyoga run by Lorraine Roberts is based in Berkshire and offers group tuition, one-to-one classes and corporate and workplace yoga. Lorraine shares the benefits of Hatha yoga with you through inspired teaching of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation.
mybodymyoga aims to help you feel better – to allow you regular time for yourself, to relieve stress, rest your busy mind and refocus, to increase your strength and fitness levels, to enhance your flexibility, to aid recovery or just feel amazing!
