One to One yoga

Yoga in your time for personal support on your unique journey

mybodymyoga offers personal one to one yoga tuition in your own home or at a studio. Private yoga sessions are ideal if you have a busy and varied schedule which makes a regular classes hard to attend or want to develop your own practice with a personal guide at times to suit you. Alternatively you may have an injury, a specific condition or be recovering after surgery and require a specific programme.  One to one tuition offers complementary support to physiotherapy and medicinal care.

mybodymyoga can tailor your classes to suit your needs and there are no minimum number of sessions.

Tony had degenerative disc disease to 3 of the lumbar discs, following a slipped disc he needed several operations, many epidural injections and lots of physio.
